Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HOA Manager to oversee the financial and operational aspects of homeowners' associations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and management to ensure the smooth running of the community.

Duties:
- Act as liason between Board of Directors and property owners
- Prepare management reports and board packets & assist in compiling newsletters, e-blasts, and mailings.
- Conduct compliance inspections of communities & issue violations
- Assist accounting department in creating draft budgets
- Handle all maintenance requests - vendor management
- Attend board meetings (this includes some evenings and possible weekends)

Qualifications:
- Two years experience in community association management (required)
- CMCA Certification (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check (Required)
