Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

- Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and courteous manner

- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction

- Process payments using cash register or POS system

- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors

- Assist with food preparation as needed

- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role required

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests

- Knowledge of food service procedures and safety regulations

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
