As a licensed clinician, you will provide evidence-based therapy to our clients who are seeking recovery from behavioral health disorders. You will provide high quality, compassionate care through various mediums, which include in-person or remote sessions, individual and group intensive outpatient (SUD) treatment. You will plan, facilitate, and document the client’s treatment and progress. Must have the ability to work as part of a close-knit team as well as independently when needed. This is a FT position from 32-40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work a 4 day work week depending on your schedule., via in-person and telehealth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Reports to the Clinical Director.
· Use evidence-based therapy that will encourage & support emotional, spiritual (if requested) and behavioral wellness.
· Provide assessments, treatment plans, and crisis intervention if needed.
· Conduct individual & group counseling sessions as scheduled and document those sessions in our EMR system.
· Ensure that all documentation regarding client care, treatment, & incidents are recorded in a clear and timely manner.
· Continually assess client needs, readiness for discharge & plan for continuity of care.
· Attend weekly clinical meetings & weekly supervision.
· Work closely and cooperatively with all agency members.
· May provide case management duties if needed, ensuring individualized care for each client.
· Maintain and uphold WHR policies & procedures for operations, compliance & safety.
· Attend required training necessary for continuous licensure.
· Other duties as needed.

Therapist Requirements
Licensed in the state of NH as a MLADC, LCMHC, and/or LICSW. Have knowledge of/ experience with treatment modalities such as: Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Matrix Model, Strengths-Based and ASAM criteria.
Knowledge and experience with the following screenings such as: AUDIT, DAST and PHQ9. Ability to work with legal agencies, such as: probation, parole & DCYF.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products. Must have good time-management skills and the ability to learn internal EMR system.
Background checks required.

Pay: $60,320.00 - $74,800.00 per year
