Responsibilities:
- Receive and process service requests from customers via phone or email.
- Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on availability and proximity.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely arrival and completion of service calls.
- Monitor the progress of service calls and update customers on estimated arrival times.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and technician activities.
-Tracking materials ordered for jobs.
- Collecting and processing customer payments.
- Making bank deposits.
- Maintain service contracts.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a service dispatch or similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service protocols.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
