Registered Nurse RN ICU Job description:
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of each patient
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, laboratory results, and other diagnostic data
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide airway management, including intubation and extubation procedures
- Assist with specimen collection processing and interpretation of results
- Perform advanced nursing procedures such as catheterization and wound care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficient in diagnostic evaluation, coding, and documentation
- Experience in icu
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and interpretation of test results
- Competence in airway management techniques
- Understanding of family planning principles
