White Duck Taco Shop originated right here in the River Arts District of Asheville, NC. We specialize in crafting bold and unique flavor profiles inspired by cuisines from around the world. Throughout our 10 years in operation we've grown from a local gem to a regional sensation with locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

About the Job

This is our flagship and busiest location. Experience is preferred but not required. All candidates should demonstrate an ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

** Qualifications **

• Previous experience in high-volume restaurants is preferred
• Of age to pour and serve alcoholic beverages is preferred (21 in NC)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and keeping up with various tasks at once
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Weekend availability is required for all staff

** Responsibilities **

• Deliver food to guests, ensuring order accuracy and completeness
• Address customer concerns and special requests as needed
• Bus tables and keep the dining areas cleaned and well stocked
• Assist in prep and cleaning tasks during slow periods
• Properly open and close the dining room
