RESPONSIBLITES 

• The position’s duties include but are not limited to monitoring all people entering and exiting the building. 
• Vetting all visitors and announcing guests of residents.
• Opening the door for residents and guests entering and exiting the building.
• Assisting residents with packages, keeping careful records of all packages/deliveries coming to and being picked up by residents.
• Keep front desk / lobby presentable.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Answer questions and address complaints. 
• Enforce building policies and procedures, noise restrictions.
• Check surveillance cameras periodically.
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Submit reports of daily activity and important occurrences.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive resident information or situations.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures

QUALIFICATIONS 

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality background preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with residents, guests, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems including property management software.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Some heavy lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
