Join us at White Bear Lake School District as a summer programming paraprofessional. We are looking for superheroes with experience working with students with special needs. This paraprofessional will be paired with between 1 - 5 students with various behavioral and medical health needs. 

A successful candidate performs intermediate human support work by supporting students with special needs individually and in small or larger groups. Responsibilities also include encouraging and modeling appropriate student conduct, speech, and attire. 

Requirements: 

• AA/AS/BS Degree.
• 1 year experience working with special needs children.
