Responsibilities:

• Uphold all current standards and policies for licensing, NAEYC, and Parent Aware
• Plan and implement a curriculum which reflects Creative Kids Academy’s philosophy, goals, and objectives for children
• Foster the emotional, social and academic growth of the children served
• Cultivate positive relationships with fellow staff, families and children served
• Follow and enforce health and safety standards
• Participate in required trainings and maintain current certificates as required by licensing

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Lead teacher or assistant teacher qualified preferred
• Experience teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred
