- Opening / Closing Store
- Maintaining physical store appearance
- Ordering and inventory
- Following our detailed training guides to ensure team members follow our policies and procedures
- Recruiting / Training and supporting team members
- Ensuring that we give top notch customer service ALWAYS!
- Experience managing staff in a retail / restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to travel to our other locations if needed (Ballston Spa, Troy, Schenectady)
- Knowledge of Microsoft office or similar applications
- Problem solving mindset
- Communication skills
- Weekend availability a must
While weekends are generally required, our hours are family friendly with last seating at 6pm, so you won't have to stay super late!
