Elegant retirement community is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor. 1-3 years of experience preferred. We cover everything from hanging pictures and internet issues to complete apartment flips and snow removal. Looking for someone with exceptional painting skills and who can follow through on jobs unsupervised.

Oversees and participates in the development, preparation and completion of maintenance programs and general upkeep and repair for resident apartments, common building areas, and grounds.

· Minimum of 2 years experience in providing maintenance services for apartment complexes, commercial buildings, restaurant, or similar businesses.

· Experience in two or more of the following areas: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring installation, general construction, and/or equipment repair.

· Experience in employee hiring, training and supervision.

· Experience in budget management for maintenance programs.

· Experience in developing and maintaining inventory systems and preventative maintenance programs.

· Capable of working with detergents and other cleaning chemicals.

· Valid Drivers License and good driving record
