Employment Status : Full Time, Part-Time

Schedule : Evenings, 3pm-11pm

Hourly Pay Rate : $19.00 - $20.25

Primary duties in this role include but are not limited to :

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.

Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support

Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.

Requirements :

Valid CNA, HHA or PCA license required.

Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred. Dementia Care experience highly desired.

Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment r699682% %%mednurse%%
