Role Overview: As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Whiskey Reds. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead by example to uphold our standards of excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the management of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Providing leadership and support to front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain a positive work environment and uphold service standards.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Managing guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure a memorable dining experience for every patron.
• Overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Contributing to the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
• Assisting in financial management activities, such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality, with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends.
• ServSafe certification and familiarity with California liquor laws and regulations preferred.
