Whirlwind Services is currently looking for a Landscape crew member to work out of our Mountlake Terrace, WA shop. This is a great job for someone who enjoys being outside in the fresh air and is looking to be a part of a hardworking crew. A Drivers license is not required, but definitely a bonus.

Summary:

As a Landscaper, you'll embark on a journey of transforming landscapes into works of art. You'll maintain scheduled landscape services along an established route, exceeding customer expectations with your keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence. From regular maintenance to specialized tasks like planting, leaf removal, and winter services, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing outdoor aesthetics.

Job Duties:

· Indoor-outdoor plant maintenance

· Mowing, edging, blowing

· Implementing outdoor watering techniques for plants

· Expertise in pruning and deadheading plants

· Raking, manual, and mechanical weed control

· Clearing landscape debris with finesse

· Knowledgeable in fertilizers and herbicide application

· General shrub and flower planting prowess

· Willingness to tackle additional tasks as directed by management

What you bring:

· Minimum 1-year experience in groundskeeping/landscape industries or equivalent

· Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment including saws, mowers, and hand tools

· Ability to interpret documents and utilize smartphone data devices.

· Dependable, punctual, and accountable for work responsibilities
