Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, skilled, and experienced Individual to join our team. The Individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of our operations. This includes coordinating projects, analyzing schematics, and ensuring efficient and successful completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, contract management, and blueprint reading.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Analyze blueprints and project requirements
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to managers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and information
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for contract management
- Attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing project requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Valid driver's license
