Restorative Director Perks: Generous Bonuses Daily Pay Advance Option Available Growth Opportunities - DOUBLE your salary Health Benefits 401K Restorative Director Summary: The primary responsibility of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct overall operation of restorative nursing procedures following the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care and assisted living facilities . You are entrusted to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times . Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct restorative nursing procedures, as well as its programs and activities. Develop, maintain , and periodically update written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department. Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary. Develop a written plan of care for each resident that identifies the problems/needs, indicated the care to be given, goals to be accomplished , and which professional service is responsible for each element of care. Demonstrate a passion for caring as evidenced by interaction with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors. Education and Experience: Must possess , as a minimum, a Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility Must have, as a minimum (6) months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state Benefits: Medical insurance with Rx benefits Dental insurance Vision care 401k Paid vacation
