```Job Summary```

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining cleanliness on our projects preparing for final cleaning and opening of the complex to tenants. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of cleaners effectively.

```Responsibilities```

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces

- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel

- Train and supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices for maintaining cleanliness standards

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and management
