Wharton-Smith, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Scheduler to work in the Commercial Division in the Tampa, FL area. The successful candidate will be responsible for successful completion of tasks as assigned by the Senior Scheduling Manager. Responsibilities:Assist project teams with the formulation of a baseline schedule.Assist project teams with schedule updates.Provide training of the use of Primavera P6 scheduling software.Review weekly schedule updates submitted by the project teams.Create and enter new projects into P6 EPS.Create project schedules for new project pursuits.Be able to assist anyone with an immediate scheduling issue.Visit job sites when required.Ability to create time impact analysis schedules.Create schedule reports.Assist with cost & resource loaded schedules.Requirements:General knowledge of P6 Scheduling software Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant degree.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
