We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle sales transactions, and maintain the shop's cleanliness and organization.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Maintain a tidy and organized shop environment
- Handle cash transactions with precision and honesty

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in retail math calculations for pricing and discounts
- Ability to handle cash transactions securely and accurately
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling tasks
