Shift: Mondays-Fridays-Days
Pay rate: $50-$75 an hour DOE
Location:  Baltimore MD
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
  • The Cleanroom Consult will support and participate in the design development process. Participate in monthly meetings on site, technical support of the designers, as required, and generation of the cleanroom specifications and support of the development of construction concepts and details that will allow us to reach a design state that allows for construction RFP’s.
  • Support the development of the programming RFP including the design scope narrative, and participation in the design proposal bid and review process.
  • Participate in the programming process as the cleanroom technical consultant, to ensure the mission of the project is carried out through design, and the systems, finishes, and products are properly designed and specified to meet the project requirements for the cleanroom.
  • Participate in design review meetings with the design team, and user group.
  • Support the construction bid, evaluation, and award process.
  • Support the construction phase of the above referenced scope.
Requirements:
For Senior Level Cleanroom Consultant:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Immediate or very near-term availability
  • Ten (15) years of related experience in construction project management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong competency in industrial construction trades
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of activities for timely response and results.
  • Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
  • Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to read engineering documentation and inspect drawings and parts lists, inspection plans, and supplemental instructions.
For Mid-Level Cleanroom Consultant:
  • Immediate or very near-term availability
  • Five (10) years of related experience in construction project management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong competency in industrial construction trades
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of activities for timely response and results.
  • Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
  • Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to read engineering documentation and inspect drawings and parts lists, inspection plans, and supplemental instructions.
Preferred:
  • Previous work experience in a semiconductor environment
  • Previous experience working in a union environment.
  • Previous experience working with hazardous process inputs. 
  • Understanding and application of safety regulations, standards, principles, theories, and techniques
