As the Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple receptionist tasks, ensuring that all phone calls are answered promptly and professionally, and maintaining the organization of leads in the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, streamlining the intake process, and ensuring that leads are properly managed and follow established protocols. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required for this position.
