KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supporting the team in achieving strategic goals e.g. generating demands for our sweetspots Generate leads from D&B based on the requirements from sales Work with Miami marketing team to generate leads Liaise with counterparts in EMEA and APAC Conduct detailed research on leads and provide information, analytics and data to help sales in their evaluation so that they pursue only leads that are likely to provide results Explore the background of shortlisted leads and search for the relevant contacts, and their emails Identify the key decision makers for sales to contact Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, provide support and help to organize/update/extract information, build views, reports and dashboards Conduct Salesforce training to sales team on how to enter their leads and pipeline to Salesforce BACKGROUND AND SKILLS Strong research and data analysis skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Salesforce desired Strong communication and presentation skills Problem solving, analytical and organizational skills Communications skills, both written and verbal Effective time management skills Team player who excels at performing in a collaborative environment Flexible to work across time zones IND123
