Responsibilities Include:

The Clinical Liaison duties include building and maintaining relationships with discharge authorities, establishing trust within the community and with potential residents and families, growing census, and other duties as described by the management.

Qualifications:

• Must have an unencumbered, active RN or LPN license

• Experience in Marketing and Admission for Skilled Nursing Facility

• LTC/SNF experience preferred
