Responsibilities: - Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management operations - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and transactions using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Conduct data entry tasks to update tenant information, lease agreements, and work orders - Assist with legal administrative tasks such as preparing lease documents and eviction notices - Support property leasing efforts by conducting property tours and assisting with the application process - Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants - Resolve conflicts or disputes among tenants or between tenants and management - Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to property management, fair housing regulations, and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program Skills: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Proficient in CMMS software for managing maintenance requests and work orders - Accurate and efficient data entry skills to maintain tenant records and lease agreements - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management, including lease preparation and eviction processes - Sales skills to effectively market available units and upsell additional services or amenities - Conflict management abilities to handle tenant disputes or conflicts in a fair and professional manner - Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing property management, including fair housing regulations and LIHTC program requirements Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
