Studio Partner Role Summary

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Implement management strategies and innovative marketing.
• Demonstrate consultative sales skills and maintain high customer service standards.
• Drive studio sales and ensure market success.

Key Duties:

• Exceed sales goals for treatments and products.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Lead and mentor the team, acting as the primary Whitening Specialist.
• Manage inventory, orders, and labor law compliance.
• Foster a positive workplace culture.

Candidate Profile:

• Passion for sales and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years in sales and management in service or retail industries.
• Strong communication skills and revenue generation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform various physical activities.
• Comfort with technology and occasional lifting of up to 25lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
