You will be conducting and performing the daily site operations at a brand new, state-of-the-art car wash. Duties:

• Customer Service - Not only are you the first person the customers meets when they drive through, but you are also the person who guides them - advising, selling, and even setting them up with new monthly memberships
• Effectively communicate the value of our service to customers, answer questions, and provide direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process
• Store operations - operate car wash equipment and systems
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for yourself and other employees
• Operate car wash equipment and systems

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and effective communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Perform many different tasks on the store premises
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Wet Rabbit
• Calculate sales and change quickly

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Provide feedback to the management team on the day to day operations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
