Job Description:
General Worker's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Arrive at work on time and in full uniform.

Maintain safe and sanitary food practices.

• Follow HACCP Guidelines.
• Recording temperatures and record keeping for food put on

the serving line.

• Maintain a safe working environment.

Check with Lead Cook and produce what is required.

• Meet with lead cook for jobs for the day.
• Follow directions and complete job with minimal supervision.

Learn proper food handling

• Portion Control
• Sanitation
• Assist in dishwashing
• Sanitizing Equipment
• Clean as you go
