Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service. Your main responsibility will be to deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner. Duties: - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the designated tables promptly and accurately - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery process - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly - Assist with banquet setup and breakdown as needed - Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Help maintain a clean and organized work environment Skills: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, servers, and kitchen staff - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
