- Support implementation of curriculum
- Attend grade level/department curriculum meetings
- Check-in with grade-level PLCs
- Provide model lessons/best practices for teachers or PLCs
- Provide coverage for teachers to observe one another
- Mentor and coach new teachers
- Provide in-building PD
- Plan/lead monthly PLC leadership meetings
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with PLC facilitators
- Support teams with data analysis
- Provide weekly feedback through PLC agendas
- Attend weekly meeting with principals
- Attend monthly meeting with district coaches
- Attend monthly meeting with the Curriculum Director
- Research best practices
- Provide Tier III/Intervention
- Provide testing support
