Duties:

Experience:
- Proven experience in coaching or related fields
- Strong knowledge of training and development principles
- Familiarity with addiction counseling techniques
- Understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their goals
