Currently, we are seeking Dock Coordinator candidates for our Alburtis, PA operation.

The Dock Coordinator is responsible for maintaining certain areas of materials such as, Dunnage, yard checks, sending and receiving Fed-Ex and UPS packages, shipping, receiving, Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):

1. Responsible for loading and returning dunnage to vendors. This includes: a. Racks b. Emballage c. Pallets d. Trays

2. Responsible for conducting yard checks. a. Log daily yard check. b. Email internal and external

3. Responsible for sending and receiving Fed-Ex and UPS packages.

4. Must be able to communicate with customers and vendors on a daily basis via email.

5. Responsible for Shipping outbound trailers and BOLs.

6. Must be able to perform receiving functions such as: a. MACS and NRTP b. Unloading trailers c. Delivering non-production materials to tool crib d. BOLs e. Communicate with Ryder

7. Responsible for instructing inbound drivers on where to drop trailers or to the appropriate docks.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Should have experience operating a forklift.

2. Be able to communicate well.

3. Experience with Microsoft Office products.

4. Be able to keep records.
