We are currently seeking to employ a Floating Maintenance Technician to help with our Pennsylvania property locations. This position will float between properties as needed.

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

The duties and responsibilities:

• To support/assist in apartment turnovers at various Westover properties when needed
• To perform routine and preventative maintenance to include but, not limited to electrical, plumbing, appliance, drywall repair, and HVAC
• To adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Maintain curb appeal of the property by keeping grounds free of debris and trash
• Run work orders as needed
• Possible on call, not on a set schedule but as a fill in if needed (vacations, illness)
• Take direction from the Floating Crew Supervisor
• This position can lead to a permanent position at a property
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must be reliable, professional, and organized
• Must have own basic hand tools
• Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
