We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Community in Newark, DE.
$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Assist in the performance of all maintenance duties including service requests, and apartment turnover functions
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- HVAC experience / certification preferred but not required
- Able to salt / shovel snow if needed
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- On-Call rotation with additional compensation
- Basic hand tools required
- Must be reliable
- Team player Teamwork is our foundation
- Other duties as assigned
