Weston & Sampson is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Reading, MA
Weston & Sampson is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the Reading office. Continued growth in the municipal, state agency, and private sectors has created an immediate need for a full-time marketing support position. We are seeking a confident, self-motivated, and resourceful professional with a “can-do” attitude and a keen sense of judgment.
The position demands the ability to juggle/respond to multiple deadlines under pressure and work with a range of staff simultaneously.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with technical and marketing staff in the preparation of information and materials for submittals, including resumes, project descriptions, and required forms
- Assist with the organization, editing, and production of online submissions, proposals, and qualification statements
- Maintain and update data in our databases
What you will bring:
- Strong communication, writing, computer, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in marketing, communications, business, or a related technical field
- Experience working in the A/E marketing industry is preferred, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); knowledge of CRM and digital asset management platforms a plus
- A strong visual and graphic design sense
