Westmoreland Cultural Trust is seeking highly motivated people to take the next step in the hospitality field, in a part-time position as an Event Associate.

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Event Support and cleaning in performing arts centers (The Palace Theatre and the
Greensburg Garden & Civic Center).

· Perform job duties with the visitor's experience in mind, contributing to the team effort by
accomplishing assigned tasks.

· Maintain cleanliness and safety of The Palace Theatre interior and exterior, including all
public spaces and rest rooms.

· Event support at public and private events including moving banquet tables and chairs,
executing open/close procedures.

· Inventory supplies, restocking.

Qualifications:

Commitment to providing excellent service with ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member.

Cheerful disposition and ability to work well with the public.

Self-motivated with attention to detail, highly organized and efficient.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience helpful in Housekeeping, Facilities Coordination, or Supply Management.

Lifting / moving supplies up to 35 pounds.

Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts is required (no overnights).

Must be over 18 years of age.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
