DRIVER LEAD SUPERVISOR NEEDED - AURORA, IL

We are looking for an exceptional driver supervisor to work at our Aurora, IL Warehouse.
This positions schedule: Monday - Friday - 2 pm start time

What we need:

• An elevated level of customer service focus.
• 2 Years experience in transportation/supply chain managing driver route leadership with a Class A driver's license
• Supervise 23 routes
• Proficiencies that include driver & equipment management, with a high expectation of safety and on-time performance.
• Tremendous communication skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional team focus.
• Ability to lead by example.
