To maintain the cleanliness of the facility on a daily basis and to ensure a safe work environment for the staff and the members of The Westmoor Club
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Understanding and following through with the level of standards created by The Westmoor Club
2. Guest room turn overs and refresh service
3. Dusting and Vacuuming
4. Window washing
5. Floor cleaning and polishing
6. Carpet cleaning
7. Laundry; sorting, washing, drying, ironing and monitoring and changing of laundry chemicals
8. Cleaning of all public bathrooms, pool houses, and croquet bath
9. Cleaning of all offices and common areas
10. Restocking of all amenities and linens and keeping their storage areas organized
11. Replacements of broken light bulbs
12. Unclogging of toilets and sink drains
13. Equipment maintenance and proper storage
14. Keeping all work areas and storage spaces neat and tidy
15. To cooperate and work as a team to nurture the best possible work environment

Physical Requirements

1. Able to climb a ladder
2. Able to lift and carry 50lbs.
3. Able to be on your feet for 4 hours at a time
4. Bending and stooping
5. Going up and down stairs approximately 15 times per day
6. Able to walk approximately 2 miles a day

Standard Club Requirements :
Employees are expected to present a clean and neat appearance while on the job. Clothing is to be kept clean and pressed. Personal cleanliness is expected, including wearing deodorant, bathing and oral hygiene. Excessive make-up and jewelry is not permitted. Employees are expected to arrive to work on time and leave personal belongings at home or in a locker. Employees should conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with members, management and other staff.
Work Hours:
Full and Part time employees must work all scheduled shifts. We have a short three month season at the Westmoor Club and need every employee to be here 100% of the time that they were hired for. Requested days off will try to be honored by management but never guaranteed. If there is a scheduling need within the club, that takes priority. This includes Holiday's, Mornings, Afternoons, Nights and Weekends. If an employee is sick they are expected to get their shift covered and speak directly to a manager for approval. All employee shift changes must be put in writing on a (shift change request form) and approved by a manager. We do understand that people get sick and things come up so please be flexible and helpful to other employees that may need a shift covered.
