Westmont of Encinitas is an Assisted Living and Memory Care senior living community that offers our employees and residents friendliness, a homelike setting, and an inspiring environment.

We are looking for an experienced Resident Services Director (LVN) to lead our clinical team and support in caring for our residents in the Assisted Living departments.

What we need from you:

  • LVN license in good standing
  • Assisted Living Experience preferred.
  • Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
  • Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
  • Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring and training
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Current and valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator Certification (RCFE), or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. This certification must stay current during employment in this position.
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift to 35 lbs.
  • Preferred Assisted Living Experience preferred.
  • Current criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
