Westmont of Milpitas is currently looking for a dynamic and creative Memory Care Activity Director!

This position is a Tuesday - Saturday schedule.

What we need from you:

● Able to communicate written and orally in English.

● Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid

● High School diploma or equivalent.

● Minimum of two years’ experience with Senior Living

● Have 3 years’ experience in conducting group activities and events or completed CA Activity Certification course and at least 2 years of related experience.

● Current Class B drivers’ license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

● Cares Dementia Advanced Care Certification, preferred

● Must have strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multitask.
