Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems within our facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Duties:

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks
- Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Perform equipment installations and modifications
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Supervise contractors on-site
- Provide excellent customer service to church members
- Manage building calendaring system in church database
- Work with facilities team to be ensure all employee vacation or sick time shifts are covered
- Coordinate project priorities with facilities committee and attend monthly meetings

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience in facilities and grounds maintenance
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Ability to maintain and make minor repairs within a facility
- Customer service-oriented approach to address facility-related issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.13 - $23.63 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
