Westminster College is seeking applications for a fulltime tenure-track faculty position in Business Administration at the rank of Assistant Professor to start in August 2024. We are seeking a broadly trained and educated individual who has a demonstrated passion about teaching in a primarily residential, undergraduate, liberal arts institution.
The successful candidate will teach lower- and upper-level courses across the business disciplines. The successful candidate may also teach courses periodically for Westminster Online. We are especially interested in applicants whose research interests and pedagogy will connect and integrate business with other academic disciplines, and who have the potential to collaboratively contribute to interdisciplinary curricular and scholarly efforts within the department as well as across the entire College. In addition, the faculty member will participate in academic advising, new course development, and other departmental functions.

Education: Doctorate (or ABD) or Masters degree in Business or related discipline. Masters degree in a different discipline with either an earned 18 hours of graduate coursework in Business OR at least five years of professional industry experience.
Experience: The applicant should also demonstrate an understanding of teaching at a liberal arts institution, a desire to work with undergraduate students, and a willingness to be a member of a collaborative and collegial faculty.
