Westmark Enterprises is looking for a Tech Support Specialist who will provide information technology related first line software and product support to all internal users and external customers.
This role will be responsible for logging, advanced troubleshooting, replying to and or escalating all technical support requests.
You will be responding to customers via email, online live chats, and phone. Hours are Saturday - Wednesday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm.
No remote work available.
