We are a modern, upscale dental practice in Westlake Village searching for a compassionate, friendly and skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our warm and friendly team. Candidate must have exceptional customer service and communication skills to deliver outstanding patient service and treatment plan presentation. Our goal is to deliver legendary care and service to all our patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Front Desk Duties:

Checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and text messages through our patient commincations platform, confirming appointments, insurance verification and patient collections.

-Treatment Plan Presentation:

Having a thorough understanding of cosmetic and general dental procedures with the ability to present treatment to patients. Comprehensive knowledge of financing options such as Care Credit.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

-Superior time management and prioritization skills.
-Excellent communication skills; oral and written.
-Team oriented and friendly.
-Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs.

-Presenting Treatment:

-Walking patients through treatment financing

-Understanding and knowledge of insurance billing
