The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.

• Greets and engages all Guests in a warm and friendly manner, making a Famous first impression.
• Direct Guests to their banquet room
• Assists in maintaining the overall Guest flow of the Banquet space.
• As Guests are departing, inquire about their experience at the event they attended
• Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies.
• Obtaining change required for expected business level, and keeping bank secure at all times.
• Count bank at the end of each shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or event setting, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact courteously and effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
