Job Description
This job's primary purpose is to provide excellent customer service to all guests, escort guests to their accommodations, and offer timeshare presentations to guests.
- Greet all guest checking into the resort lobby with an energetic and welcoming smile
- Answer questions guest have about the resort, activities, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist guest in booking activities and local attractions
- Assist sales team with service-related duties
- Other duties may be assigned
