Job Description
Duties
- Interact and educate retail clerks
- Maintain all displays fresh and ready
- Conduct monthly inventory
- Clean and organize retail areas to keep free from safety hazards
- Effectively manages total store operations, ensuring that store is staffed, cleaned, properly stocked, equipment is operating properly, and "ready for business", in conjunction with Manager or in Manager’s absence.
- Orders supplies and merchandise on daily/weekly basis according to store needs and sell-through.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises team members in the location.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include training and coaching team members.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Assisting in appraising performance; rewarding team members;
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of three years related experience and/or training.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
