REGIONAL OPC MARKETING DIRECTOR (WEST REGION) VEGAS-BRANSON

We are looking for an experienced Timeshare Marketing candidate that has experience in leading training and building OPC marketing teams.

Directs the OPC Marketing functions to support sales productivity overseeing our Las Vegas, NV, and Branson, MO properties. These include planning, reporting, policy and procedure setting and management, training, administration, and recruiting and selection of talent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, and other duties may be assigned. Achieve budgeted tour flow for all hospitality sourced tours. Develop and implement cost effective marketing programs for tour procurement. Responsible for all hospitality production training, hiring, coaching, and counseling of all team members. Work with local business leaders to formulate long-term relationships for mutually beneficial marketing efforts and programs. Oversee all of the Hospitality production team - Marketing Coordinators for this property Increase and expand current ticket sales to generate income. Responsible for the gifting and new location acquisition. Work hand in hand with the Marketing Operations Team. Develop new Merchant Type locations and implement successfully. Ensure all production staff meets the minimum performance standards. Work closely with sales leaders on all tour flow and progress. Serve as member of community boards to foster relationships. Must be driven to achieve our company's overall goal in a positive and professional manner

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees and directs the Director of Marketing and the entire scope of the marketing project, or assigned destinations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Regional Director Qualifications

Self-starter and ability to manage the bottom-line

Excellent communication skills

Proven marketing experience exclusive to timeshare OPC marketing experience

Detail-oriented

Salesmanship abilities

Effective negotiator

High integrity and ethical practices

Knowledgeable and proficient use of personal computer

Ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Timeshare OPC marketing experience required. Director of marketing experience required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as regulations, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Have the ability to run and read daily reports and communicate issues to various Heads of Departments. Demonstrate and utilize your ability to speak effectively and provide excellent customer service to groups of customers/owners/guests and team members.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Possess the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITIES

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Possess the ability to deal with problem situations involving owners, guests and Team Members in a courteous and friendly manner, and to effectively communicate these issues immediately and make the necessary changes for the better. Needs to possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Needs to possess the ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
