Overview:
Full Time Carpenter/Maintenance Representative for Condominium Management Company with properties based in Hartford, New Haven and Middlesex County.
*Applicant must be Hartford, New Haven, or Middlesex County based*
The maintenance representative is responsible for preventive, responsive, emergency and routine maintenance throughout properties managed primarily in Hartford, Middlesex, and New Haven Counties. Travel to surrounding towns may also be required. Prior property maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Individuals should be able to work independently as well as in a group setting. Applicants are expected to maintain their own set of hand tools and reliable truck or van.
Duties:
Education and/or Experience Required: Prior experience evaluating, monitoring, maintaining, and personally completing repairs and maintenance on residential or commercial grounds and equipment preferred.
