The Marketing Lead, working under limited supervision, is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring engaging customer and consumer programs across various marketing channels. Partnering directly with the business, this role leverages agent, consumer and customer information to produce highly targeted products, drives the creation of campaigns and results for precision marketing across digital and traditional marketing channels. The role monitors and measures key performance indicators (KPI) and adapts to achieve optimal results. This role activates and optimizes partnership marketing opportunities based on business segment objectives, target customer segments and desired markets. The role provides coaching and mentorship to less experienced professionals within the Marketing function.
