The Western Wyoming Community College Dean of Students Office is accepting applications for a student office assistant.
This position will be responsible for:

• Organizing, filing, and other office maintenance
• Answering phones, taking messages, and basic customer service with attention to privacy and confidentiality
• Assisting with marketing efforts
• Light cleaning and office maintenance
• Completing special projects as needed

The successful applicant will be task oriented and focused with a strong sense of adaptability. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

The applicant must be a student at Western Wyoming Community College enrolled in at least 6 credit hours. Work hours are contingent upon your current academic schedule.
